Ok, I know this is April fool's day, but I decided it would be a good day to go ahead and release the updates and fixes I have put together for the mod so far, since I have all the fixes done and the mod seems to be at a stable point. After all the jokes and hoaxes I thought it might be good to have something real for April Fool's day.

Full mod. remove the old mods\2142_sp folder and then unzip this file into it:

New - Updated for BF2142 patch 1.5.1 (fixes missing weapon icons, and integrates patch changes into mod).
New - Night Skies from AIX with CliveWil's permission
New - custom BFSP billboard ads thanks to lagueriniere!!!! Thanks for some help fixing up some maps too and with
other issues!
New - Handweapon and vehicle AI fixes/tweaks
= Bots can use the AA Heatseeking rocket hand weapon now
= Bots use grenades less often (tried to reduce bot grenade spam)
= Bots don't use Defibrulator (until I find a way to reduce the bots use of it)
= Bots weapon range increased on all air vehicle weapons.
New - All weapons in kits should be available without restrictions
New - Assault kit has pistol instead of shotgun (shotgun seemed too much for kit)
New - Blue Pearl has 16 and 32 and 64 coop/sp game modes (But all still infantry only)
New - 48 player sp/coop mode of Bridge of Remagen is set with both sides having only Hamachi
New - Custom preview screens for alternate versions of maps.
New - NS booster vehicles (goliath and Hamamchi) in 64 player verisons of
= Bridge of Remagen has goliath and Hamamchi
= Port Bavaira has Goliath
= Highway Tampa has Goliath.

>>> Port Bavaria is a lot more challenging with bots able to use the AA rocket handweapons and use of the Goliath (IFV).

>>> Bridge of Remagen 48 player mod sp/coop is a blast with only Hamachi vehicles (HOV light)


Future mod plans:
= add 16 & 32 modes for coop/sp in Operation Shingle
= Add Northern Strike vehicles into more maps
= Fix up and add Bridge of Remagen Night back in
= Get bots to use stationary Anti air and Anti vehicle weapons on a regular basis and fix the CTD problem with bots using the AA gun.
= Add autocontrollers to vehicle secondary weapons (no more waiting for a bot gunner or having one bail).
= Add a rocket firing version of hamamachi
= Add AI support for more BF2142 maps.
= Add custom maps with sp/coop support.
= Add unlock weapon customization support.

Reported issues:
Blue Pearl crashes after several minutes

Very awesome release! Well done!

Would a non-Titan version of Molokai work? Haven't played that map ever.

Yes, it should be possible to make Molokai into a bot supported map.

Well, I figured out why I wasn't seeing much difference with my vehicle AI updates. The mod was never updated to use customized stock vehicles. The mod's serverarchives.con should be changed to this:

The biggest improvement is with aircraft. The bots can use the aircraft vehicles at a much greater range and now do a much better job of assaulting Port Bavaria.

Also, making good progress on adding autocontrollers to vehicles.

Thanks Dnamro for your efforts, can't wait to see the new version up.
I've experienced similar crashes with Blue Pearl, if I remember correctly I noticed that the crash appeared after some minutes...precisely after that the first flag was taken by bots.

It would be great to see new maps available, is there the possibility to see maps taken from the Conflict Mod in the future?

I know it's a singleplayer oriented mod, but may I also request you to keep an eye on Coop developement on all SP maps for next versions? It would be awesome smile.gif
