Is there a command to add to a weapon so that it can only be fired from the crouched or prone positions by the bots and players.

ph34r.gif To Socom_Ops,

Don't they usually assume a prone position when confronted in an open field? Maybe you can simply "force" your AI to go prone!??? Is the AI a sniper?

Yeah, I can position suggestions to the Ai/Weapons.con like
weaponTemplate.firingPose prone

What I'm after is a way to make the weapon itself only fireable from a particular stance. Say if you have the Bren, I want to make it only able to be fired if the player is prone.

are you testing this in Battlefield 1942, Socom? From what I've seen before is that the best way to prevent a bot from using a certain position, crouch, prone, standing, is to make it "think" the postion is the best way to prevent as little deviation as possible so the bot believes it has the best chance of hitting its target.
