I am an avid Lover of BF2142 ( and BF2, but mostly 2142 ). I have always been sad to see that there are so few maps for BF2142 and among those only a handful are nice ones and really well made ones. Also so sad to see that there is little interest in BF2142 yet there is so much interest for the older, (graphics wise) less attractive BF2. Sooo many people work on and build extraordinary mods and maps for BF2, and I agree I love their work, but why did these very people not love BF2142 as much or more since it appeared ??

Anyways, I did not make this post to debate which is the better of the two. I just wanted to post some links to download sites that I found where you guys who love 2142 as much as I do can find some additional maps that may ( or may not ) interest you.

These next two links are actually the same site but the first link also has downloads to BF2 maps ( that you may already have ) and much more.
This comes from a French site and the maps are labeled as being Solo ( ie: Single Player ) or Multiplayer.

Battlefield 2142 IS DEFINATLEY THE BEST GAME EVER THOUGHT OF !!! PERIOD !!!

Guy, it has come to my attention that at least one of the maps in my links above does not in fact have SP bot support. The map is Cologne.
I am sorry about that. But I do believe that most of them are in fact SP.

In any case we have just gotten a BEAUTIFUL map that we can know for a fact that it is SP since it is our own people here on the site that gave its SP support.

Guys, download links to maps ( and stuf ) that are scattered throught this site and hidding somewhere in archives can be sometimes overwelming to find especialy for someone new to the site, and especialy when you don't know what you are looking for. Re-posting a link this with a whole bunch of maps all in one place, new people can quickly see what's out there and look for updated version if it so interests them.

there are lots of very good looking maps there and some map packs at the top of the page and yet there is no indication if these are Single Player maps. Seeing Cologne there as well as Hamburg Harbour gives me the impression that the rest are also not SP maps ????

Correct me if I'm wrong, I'd rather not download and install large map packs and then discover there is no SP support.

I would assume as well that the map packs are mp only.

I could not get a good download of Hamburg Harbour. Did you get it?

A good way of seeing is the map bot supported is to look at the screens and see if they have bot names or server text in the upper left corner.

I downloaded Hamburg Harbour at this Site. It had SP but no coop. The bots don't play well. They don't want to leave the main bases.

Hamburg Harbor has a bad vehicle mesh. It plays fine with only infantry and aircraft.

Unfortunately i did download the entire map packs only to find that none of them had sp support

Thanks for the update. But the likns that I put up are SP with only one or two exeptions. And Dnamro has worked a little on Hamburg Harbor and put up this small SP version but I have not tried it yet. Never installed 7z to open it.
