Hi,

I've downloaded this mod last weekend so that i could play on 32/64 maps in single player.
The problem is, it wont run.

I reinstalled battlefield 2, the special forces addon, and the latest 1.41 patch.
then i installed the Bf2SP64v2.31 mod.
the shortcuts din't work so i changed them.(like discribed elsewhere on this forum)
Whenever i launch the game everthings looks fine but the moment i want to go to single play and start a solo game, i'am back on my desktop mad.gif

I'am i using the right version 2.31?

AFAIK, the shortcuts in the latest version should have no problem. Just install the mod in the default location, and the mod should run with the shortcut with no problem.

Yeah, that'd be the shortcut.

To launch the mod without the shortcut,
  1. Start up the game and get to the main menu.
  2. Once your in the main menu, go to the "Community" tab.
  3. Once in the Community tab, go to the "Custom Games" tab.
  4. Once there, select Bf2SP64 from the list below.
  5. Once selected, click "Activate"

This should work.

Well, i installed the mod in the default location(EA GAMES\battlefield2). i did not touch anything !
But when i go to --> "Community"-->"Custom Games", i only got the choice between Battlefield2 or Battlefield2 special forces huh.gif

There's no "Bf2SP64" listed. when i check my "battlefield2" dir, the "Bf2SP64" folder is there.

Re-install the mod. I don't think its installed in the right place. It should be installed under the mods folder.

U were right, the problem was the mods folder.
I've changed the default instal location and pointed it to the mod folder and everything went fine.
Thanks again for the help ! and for the mod !

Hello Kratos smile.gif

We will need more information in order to help you.

What version of BF2 are you using?
What Operating System are you using (Xp, Vista, Windows 7)?
