I tried to use a darker brownish road color but it comes out grey in the editor. I hope it looks better in game, well when the roads are all smoothed out, which I wasnt that good at. Prof are you good with fixing roads? Also the sun and lighting look spot on like the original. Ack and there was no grass added to the hill behind the US side of the city. To Spyker, try your pm now. My latest WIP,
![]() ![]() My lovely cz82. Took the black paint off it, and polished the steel. Replaced the plastic grips with some walnut ones I made(~6 hours of work with a dremel, chisel, and sand paper....EACH!) For 280$ total, not a bad pistol at all! Now, how do I export this to BF2? -------------------- |

wow sturrm that cz turned out lovely. Are you going to put a finish over the steel to provide a rust barrier? Maybe its not necessary.
Thats pretty cool Mcombat. It reminds me of this HL1 mod the specialist, which had a lot of akimbo weapons like the mk23s. |

Are you going to put a finish over the steel to provide a rust barrier? Maybe its not necessary. Well I figure, if the bare steel bolts on my rifles have survived 60+ years with out rust problems, it's not going to be that much of a problem. Just regular cleaning/oiling and it'll be fine. -------------------- |

Hey, nice heavy looking weapons there. Here's the title/logo image for a mod I will be releasing soon. ![]() Took me ages to get the "look" right as it needs to explain the AI based nature of the mod properly - HABAI, Hardware Accelerated Battlefield AI will make starting multi-threaded BF2 games easy (server and client on separate cores) using some kind of custom GUI. My testing shows much improved frame-rates ... no slow downs when there are lots of AI in one area ! The engine should not be scaling down AI performance (as DICE have said that it does) as the AI has a seperate CPU core to itself. I still need to do some benchmarking stats. It's FH2 based and will allow switching to other maps from right inside the game ... ![]() One click on a map name in that menu instantly starts loading it. -------------------- |
