Just like to point out this is a Singleplayer and cooperative based forum, so online really isn't our thing. tongue.gif

I can help you though! Simply put the service that used to run BF2's online has been shut down and it isn't coming back. In order to play online you have to use...

a third party game finding service that supports BF2, like gameranger..

https://www.gameranger.com/

Or download and install the BF2 Revive Project's version of BF2...

https://battlelog.co/

I would recommend you ask any online play based questions at the battlelog forums, as that's their specialty.

Do a total uninstall. Delete all folders that have BF2, even in your "My Documents" folder.

Reboot.

Reinstall BF2. Reboot. Install Patch 1.5. Reboot.

If you install patch 1.5 then it won't require a CD anymore. It's also important to reboot between steps to help prevent errors in installing.

Here are more helps for installing/fixing BF2.
