Especially the AI on official maps However take note that Coop doesn't really work with last patches (see here for details: LAN problems), maybe your Mod can fix this problem too? |

I have cracked BF2142, so I never has played it online. I can't help Actually this doesn't change things, Coop mode can be used for LAN (local area network) and you can create a server even if you are offline. I have cracked BF2142, so I never has played it online. Instead of Singleplayer you select Multiplayer, then "Local", Create or Join server.
It's very similar to Battlefield 2. But other people can't join you if you have a version superior than the 1.25, it's a bug of the 2142. |

I have a feedback for you
Operation Blue Pearl is affected by crashes, I suggest you to update the map using the fix made by Dnamro, see here: http://www.battlefieldsingleplayer.com/for...showtopic=16426 Wake Island was nice (Size 16), it would be great to have all the sizes enabled, I tried and it technically works, but players must swim too much and the friends soldiers don't respawn until you don't conquer the first flag on the island. Why don't you enable it (32 and 64) and add some gunships so people don't have to swim? Strike at Karkand 2142, was nice to play, but I still see some glitches with objects and buildings, I have fear that's a problem left by developers... I would really like to see all the original maps like Molokai and Operation Yellow Knife with Bot support, I also have another request, please when you enable SP mode remember also to enable Coop mode, the AI is the same after all Thank you very much, I'll check back for updates! I know wake island isn't finished, I uploaded early SP support. I will add gunships
I made SP support for molokai and Yellow knife, but AI still is to bad for release. I need more time with those maps I'm working with 3.0 ! -------------------- |

On pearl, I would rather have an assualt rifle over a shotgun for the assault class. The shotgun is great at short range, but the assault class has nothing to attack with at long range. On the other hand, the sniper's rifle is not good for short range - a shotgun instead of a pisto could make the class a lot more fun to play...
On wake, aircraft can be spawned in the air and spawn players/bots right into them. One setup could be like port bavaria, where one team owns the island and the other team starts in aircraft and tries to take over. On karkland, I was thinking a goliath could be fun. Also, none of the NS specific statics (Booster pack) have AI meshes, but a several of those statics are identical to the standard game statics, but with only different textures. So, if you can find those and replace them temporarily it would help to create a better navmesh. One trick that I have used with First Strike is to replace obstacles that bots run into with a stock BF2142 object of about the same shape to create a better pathmap. good start. It plays like you copied over the navmesh from the BF2 versions of wake and karkland -- the way bots are running into walls and obstacles that should be pathed out. Be careful about using work from other's and posting up as your own without asking or giving credit. My take is that this is just a test and that you plan on creating proper navmeshes for the maps?
Confirmed. The 2142 versions of wake and Karkland have not been navmeshed. Profkiller336 used the BF2 community created navmeshes as a test. -------------------- No, my Avatar is not my dog.
