Thanks to the BFKorea mod, I got several different weapons to put into DoW!
The first I will show you, is the SKS, with some WIP anims of mine....which yes, I know have a few problems with them. :/ http://www.xfire.com/video/3b1bed/ I'll show off the Mosin Nagants, PPSH41, BAR(ok, it wont fit very well into a modern themed mod, but oh well), and the M20 Super bazooka later, after I've made anims for them. -------------------- |

Looking good heady, should be fun seeing 'WWII' vs 'modern day' weapons.
Just some little picky thing I have though, with the PPSH. The ejection of the bullet shells, the spot on top where they come out doesn't open. Not really important, just throwing it out there. -------------------- A man falls out of a tenth-story window. As he lands, another man rushes over and asks, "What happened?" the spot on top where they come out doesn't open Ya I know, would have to edit the weapon to separate that bit of mesh from the main body of the weapon, and add it to the charging handle. And then model the inside of the receiver so you can't see through the weapon. Not a problem I did, it's a problem with the model itself. :/ Maybe I'll mention it to zefan when I give him a copy of these anims, so he can fix it if he thinks it's worth fixing. Or something. And yes I know, the direction the spent shells go is off on all the weapons too. So many things to fix, so many problems to find. I'll show off the Mosin Nagants, PPSH41, BAR(ok, it wont fit very well into a modern themed mod, but oh well Actually, they might. If you've got a map that covers some area over which World War II was fought (the Pacific, most of Europe, North Africa) then you could place as an Easter Egg one or more "special" kits that has a number of weapons "left over" from said conflict - they'd be rusty and moldy as heck and might have ton of vegetation on them, but they would all suprisingly be in perfect working order. I've though about this for Burma Bash, but 1)I'd have to get permission for the weapons (probably incl. a Bren gun) from some mod and 2)I'm already planning on two custom pickup kits for the map. Since you've got the permission and such, however... |

After basically nothing being done to this mod for a few months due to being busy with trying not to be an absolute failure in life, I've finally got some time to work on it again. Hopefully I can get enough done to make another release in a few/several months. I hope.

After doing anims for a mac10, I figured I could just throw the mac11 from AIX in using those same anims......nope.
