could you please change my name to "sircapsalot", not "SirCapsAlot."

Display named changed, login name still same though. smile.gif

However, I DID make a bakcup of my entire bf2 directory.

Just keep that and you'll be good to go. Only odds is the lack of a presence in the registry come a reformat. Could wreak havoc with installing patches or mods, hmm.

Would anybody be willing to email me the core files (Objects_client.zip, etc)

We normally don't encourage the passing about of core BF2 files, just to stay on the legal side of things. You never know what kind of state other's files would be in anyways, from corruption to viruses and what not.

In light of all the possible problems I would think purchasing a new copy would be a better idea. Can pick up the basic BF2 for around 10 USD anymore.

Bargain Bin.

Thank you for changing my name smile.gif

As for the Battlefield... It runs just fine, until i load a game... like i said, i think i screwed something up while testing my program, but im not sure what file it i changed..

it crashes at 14%, and i thought that when it crashes there when loading, it was Objects_server. But i tried all my different objects_servers that i had, and none would work.

I might just buy another copy
