Using SF weapons in your BF2 kits, made easy

first open bf2/server and client archive .con files in notepad
after everything in them paste these in respectivly

and now you can add weapons to your kits just like vanilla weapons.

*this is relevant to all mods also. just open that mods client and server archive .con files.

if you are going to be using a LOT of sf content then i would suggest just doing this

Just change armies in a levels init.con located in the server.zip.
Effectively you could have Seals vs China in Karkand for example if you wanted.
Plus you get to use grapples and ziplines in vanilla maps this way.
Pretty simple to set up too just by copying and pasting levels and editing a kit file or init.con or 2 wink.gif

Easy? You're doing it backwards. You copy the vbf2 kits in Xpak and edit them there. XPak has all vbf2 content loaded and all you have to do is copy the maps form the vbf2 levels folder to the xpak levels folder
