This plugin does replicate *almost* digital camo if you set the scale low. Then do some tweaking....pixelize...crystalize...

Just a thought process to replicate it: maybe we can select the big solid shapes/patterns in a three tone, pixellize it (almost) to the real thing. Like one blob by one blob. Then piecing it together...I'll try making MARPATs with various generators...
