![]() Welcome to another AIX news update! A lot has happened in the last 2 months and our dedicated test team has been hard at work finding all the things that we don't have the time to! So let me first dedicate this update to their tireless enthusiasm and for keeping us so busy we couldn't even update the website with any regularity! What is the purpose of this months update? Why, to hit you with a fresh 2.0 Teaser trailer, thats what! Utilizing all the hard work that the Dev team has put into AIX 2.0 in the last year, the team has created a new trailer that shows off many of the new features, vehicles and epic game play you can expect in the new version of AIX. I'm loving this mod so much, it really feels like a new engine. I'm enjoying being a sniper at the moment, it's on a different level to vanilla with amazing detail in the weopons models and functionality. The teaser has wetted my apettite for more

Come on! We are allowed to talk about it! Just dont promote the link to everyone, as there will be too much load on the server, so it cant be distributed to mirrors.. Thats afaik the only reason.

Awesome!!! Great teaser... i cant wait for release. I really have to hand it to you Ky, for that video editing and content. a lot of stuff in there i didnt know about but is now a great suprise, such as the super stalion... i cant wait to fly that thing. and the MK-19's on the door gunner's position's. its gonna be awesome. really looking forward to some of the new weapons too. 3ds Max: To make those credits text (notice the shadow on "Are you ready to fight?" text) I think
Adobe Audition: To edit and mix the musics and sounds. Adobe Audition is the best at this -------------------- What are you looking at? <_< |

Izra is right. I created the credits text in 3dsmax and exported them as bundledmeshes so i could place them in the map for the fly-through. Audition was used to mix the different music pieces together. In retrospect premiere could have worked just fine with the audio mixing, but in this case i started with the audio and had the songs mixed before filming even began.
