Hi. I play bf2 with bf2spcc ranked in singleplayer.

1. Can you edit the times for kits, vehicles, army, etc. in any file? I don't mean times for badges.
2. Why i can't get the expert command badge? I have 10.609 command points and when i play 30 minutes
in a round as commander the badge appears, but it isn't in the BFHQ


I hope anyone can help.
