PrecacheGenerator by AI

The precache is used to load objects into the map while the map is loading. This will reduce lag during gameplay.

Instructions:
-copy ObjectSpawnTemplates.con from map to this folder
-adjust StandardPrecache.con if needed(included is version for DCX.6f.1)
-run PrecacheGenerator.exe

if it can't create Precache.con:
-if there already is a Precache.on there, check if it's read-only
-check if you have enough memory available on you HD, though 5MB should be enough

Source is included in the source folder, written in Bloodshed Dev-C++
