 Description:  After a long wait, and an even longer time making this mod, I am happy to say that V1.0 is finally released! So, what can you expect to find in this mod? New sounds and effects! Nearly all sounds and effects have been edited. The gameplay has been drastically modded as well. Also, not just are the existing sounds/effects edited, I've created new ones, and spliced those into the game (like, pistol bullet impact effects, and snow materials). Many other special material settings and sound template edits have also been made. The HUD has also been edited a bit to minimalize it some. I've included the maps, Aberdeen, Battleaxe, Bizerte, City Park, Invasion of the Coral Sea, Iwo Jima, Kasserine Pass, Operation fox, Snowy Park, Telemark, Sunset in Tunisia, Supercharge, Tunisia, Urban Decay, and Urban Jungle. You can always add more yourself if you want more.... This is a 100% SP focused mod, with no attention given at all to human Vs human fights. If you're looking for a MP mod, keep looking.

 Description:  "Good morning, Vietnam!" No other military conflict is comparable to those dramatic years of the 20th century. Most rumors spread about the Indochina and Vietnam War are not honest, even though it was the best documented war in history. No other military conflict was ever so controversial, pointing to an unloved fact: our enemy was not the only source of evil, the evil could be found within ourselves. The "Eve Of Destruction" mod is a tribute to the U.S., ARVN and Vietcong/NVA soldiers who fought and died in Vietnam, and also to the Vietnamese people. It features a variety of weapons, over 40 brand new vehicles and diverse maps ranging from dense jungles to overgrown rice paddies. SP support is playable.

 Description:  Forgotten Hope 2 is a World War II modification for Battlefield 2™ and is based on the original Battlefield 1942 Forgotten Hope. You will be given the chance to take part in maybe the most important campaign of World War II. Fight on the side of the British forces to give the already forgotten hope back to your countrymen after the mortifying defeat at Dunkirk and the never ending German air raids. Now in release 2.2 the campaign we will move to France and to the beaches and the lush green countryside of Normandy, from frantic fighting on the beaches and ambushes among hedgerows to large scale engagements between tanks and airplanes. SP support is more extensive in the North African campaign but European war support is in development.

 Description:  With a new emphasis on team play and tactics, you and your friends can tackle numerous bots on both standard BF 2 maps and custom maps. These include several popular conquest maps ported over for the mod and enabled for bot slaying potential.

Also new maps include new vehicles and armament like the beloved "Little bird", "Comanche", and "Gazelle" first introduced in a beta mod called WCC 1.0. With these new additions come reworked physics for existing BF 2 vehicles. Examples of these new physics would be increasing the overall speed of armor, and increasing agility in some of the attack helicopters. In addition a new view and distance for the "TV guided" missiles armed on all attack helicopters, with an increase in rate of fire.

One major change also would reside with the Attack Fixed wing aircraft (F-35, F-18, J-10, and MIG-29) having guided Maverick/Kedge missiles in which distance to target and enemy lock is more accurate to avoid friendly fire incidents (but not to say it won't still happen, he-he).

Not all maps will include vehicles, some will emphasize infantry tactics to save you and your friend's from the menacing numbers of bots. Infantry kits have been re-engineered for a more expanded use, for example the medic is equiped with an assault rifle and a grenade launcher, while the Spec Ops kit comes equipped with explosive tipped arrows for the cross bow.
